Michael Broadbridge BPE, DipEd

Managing Director, G11 Team
Michael specialises in strategy execution, high performance and leadership coaching and he currently delivers a variety of programs for large-scale Western Australian companies. His experience across both business and sport is vast.

He has coached at three AFL clubs during times of significant culture change.
At Collingwood Football Club, Michael was intimately involved in the transition of the team from wooden spoon to two consecutive grand finals within a 5-year period. The driver for this rapid improvement was a significant culture change program. At West Coast Eagles Football Club, Michael was part of a major transformation of club culture underpinned by redefining acceptable player behaviour.
As a head coach, Michael has been awarded Western Australian Football Coach of the Year on two occasions and coached the West Australian state side to the first ever win over Victoria in Victoria.
Michael has also been a consultant with global company DuPont, specialising in leadership, culture and safety where he worked successfully across a variety of industries.
Michael is a qualified educator, having studied at UWA, and is recognised for coaching, mentoring, presenting and facilitating.

Sally Carbon

Director, G11 Team
Sally Carbon is the founder of G11 Teams—setting up the business late in 2011 in response to serving a distribution company based in Melbourne which designed high fashion clothes in Paris—it was a fun way to kick start her own business.

Her diverse client list grew, covering all sectors, and various organisational sizes and scales.
Sally is a business strategist, helping companies to grow, finding their competitive advantage, and driving high organisational performance through leading-practice strategy. She was formerly the Director of Docklands Authority in Melbourne, a large scale urban renewal the size of Melbourne’s CBD.
Sally is also a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and was first placed on a government board when she was 22 years of age.
She is an Olympic and World Cup gold medallist, and has released nine books. Sally loves to work with like-minded high performance thinkers who enjoy feeling ‘uncomfortable’.

Gretchen Lumsden R.N. Dip. Educ.

Gretchen has 40 years experience in the health industry.
She is a registered nurse who brings up-to-date clinical information to you with practical help for attendees.
Gretchen’s sessions are entertaining, lively and packed with powerful information to save lives and ensure a healthy workforce. Gretchen is in demand across Australia achieving remarkable health and lifestyle behaviour changes for executives, managerial staff and operational staff.
Gretchen has a unique and very natural style of presentation, which immediately captures the attention of her audience. Her knowledge of the subject is clearly that of a specialist and together with her skill as a presenter, results in a most professional presentation.

Carol Redford

Founder/CEO, Astrotourism WA
Carol Redford is the Founder of Astrotourism WA. She is collaborating with Local Government to develop the Astrotourism sector of our Tourism Industry and increase overnight visitors to regional WA.

Together, the communities are striving to protect WA’s world-class dark night sky from artificial light pollution and brand WA the stargazing capital of the world.
Carol also runs Stargazers Club WA that introduces beginners to astronomy. She is Co-Chair of WA’s astronomy and space science community, Astronomy WA and is a “Dark Skies Ambassador” with the International Astronomical Union, International Dark-Sky Association and the Australasian Dark Sky Alliance.

Tony Hemming

Arena Manager, Optus Stadium
Tony Hemming has spent a life time working and living in stadiums.

He holds a Dip Hort. STM and commenced his working career at the MCG. He is an International Agronomist and who has designed, constructed and has completed many start-up Turf management teams of multi-purpose stadiums for the Perth stadium HG Turf Group, ICC Academy and Dubai International stadium DSC and Al Wakrah Stadium Qatar for AECOM.
As the ICC Academy Head curator, Dubai he consulted and educated in the Middle East Including PCB, Pakistan and BCCI, India. He researched dust fall out, stadia shade and grass species within the Middle East conditions.
He’s inventor of a hybrid cricket pitch that has been installed at the ICC Academy, High-performance Centre Brisbane.
Tony has been a guest speaker at European Stadia Safety Managers Association (ESSMA) speaking at Barcelona FC and many turf conferences.
This year's presenters will cover many fields of expertise and give insights on a wide range of topics.
